Welcome to the “Seer LeShabbat” Website
The “Seer LeShabbat” website is intended for everyone who listens to the “Seer LeShabbat” radio program on “Kol Rega” radio (the program is broadcast every Friday and on holiday eves between 11:00 a.m. and 1 p.m.) as well as for those who are not program listeners but would like to enjoy the delicious recipes featured on the program.

All the recipes on “Seer LeShabbat” are kosher. If a recipe is not kosher originally, it undergoes “conversion” and the ingredients are changed accordingly, while still trying to preserve the original taste.
It is important to us, to Hanoch, the producer, and to me, that you are able to enjoy everything said on the program and everything you read on the website. So, if there is anything that is not clear to you, due to language difficulties or for other reasons, please e-mail me or leave a message on my voice mail.
We do our best to accommodate you and find answers to all your questions. Still, your best bet to obtain special recipes or answers to similar questions is on a live broadcast. So the thing to do is put aside your qualms and apprehension, and ask questions while we are on the air. I can only answer these kinds of questions while we are on the air.

A mistake may creep into a recipe while posting on the website. I would appreciate your comments and corrections.
The recipes on “Seer LeShabbat” may appear in more than one category for the simple reason that they are relevant to more than one grouping. Sometimes, an icon appears alongside the preparation instructions for a recipe, indicating that the dish is recommended appropriate for a certain holiday or event.
The website is dynamic and changing as is the radio program and you, my listeners, have a significant role to play here. Just as on the radio program, here too, your ability to write or express yourself is not important. What counts is the message!
You will not find all the recipes, tips and advice that are given on the radio program on the “Seer LeShabbat” website. Therefore, we recommend that you listen to the radio program or record it.
